How to prepare

We recommend sneakers for grip, but even those are optional. We do ask that you please bring your own lock if you would like to lock up your belongings. Also bring your enthusiasm and your passion for a strong and mobile body!

Second time taking this class! Love it.

I’d like to give this class 4.5 stars — Laura was great! She was not intimidating, gave lots of feedback and great instructions about form. The format of the class felt pretty laid back. I didn’t realize this was at a boxing gym so it was a little less posh than your average ClassPass studio. Lots of sweaty dudes around and the mat we were working on was a bit dirty. But this was a great workout and not too overwhelming for a beginner. The hour went by quickly and we had a pretty mellow warm up and cool down on both ends. I’ll be back.

Amazing instructor. Great regimen with relentless focus on stretching and warming up before bearing bells. This class is a must-do for anyone looking to become lean. I felt inspired to do more of these. Great for me as a beginner. I will certainly revisit the class.

Enjoyable class. Laura was really thoughtful and helped with form. A nice mix of strength and flexibility. Id note that there are no towels nor a shower, so plan accordingly!

Alex was great! The whole class was very technique heavy, with actually 1/3 of the time being instructions. But when youre moving its intense, so I was still sore after! A good class for a beginner too!

It was not what I expected. It was not so upbeat and music was not great. I didnt sweat much and there was no shower anyway!
