How to prepare

We recommend sneakers for grip, but even those are optional. We do ask that you please bring your own lock if you would like to lock up your belongings. Also bring your enthusiasm and your passion for a strong and mobile body!

How to get there

* Facility includes showers, digital lockers, filtered free water, full gym use pre and post class * All am & noon classes are 50min * All pm classes are 60min * All KB classes are all levels & BEGINNER FRIENDLY

Enjoyable class. Laura was really thoughtful and helped with form. A nice mix of strength and flexibility. I’d note that there are no towels nor a shower, so plan accordingly!

Alex was great! The whole class was very technique heavy, with actually 1/3 of the time being instructions. But when you’re moving it’s intense, so I was still sore after! A good class for a beginner too!

It was not what I expected. It was not so upbeat and music was not great. I didnt sweat much and there was no shower anyway!

What is ClassPass?
