see all reviewsThe instructor (Chris) was great. The music was a bit too mellow for my liking considering how intense and oblique heavy this program was. I’m a fan of Bodyrok, especially obliques and cheeks, however the program for October is not my favorite.

see all reviewsClass was a super challenging in an achievable way, I definitely think this would have been hard to follow if you’ve never taken a mega former fast paced class. The studio has an unusual layout, it was my first time and had to ask a couple times to understand where things were (changing rooms, the actual studio etc.) would recommend they give a more thorough overview of the studio layout/amenities for first timers.
