However the AC at the studio wasn’t working today, which made it much harder to get through class. And the water fountain is extremely slow, so I would make sure to arrive with a full water bottle!

This is much more of a strength / fitness class that uses the megaformer machine, rather than the typical megaformer / lagree classes I’ve done at other studios that incorporate more Pilates fundamentals.
