It was a bigger F45 so there was a lot of room. I like to go to an F45 where all the weights are available. Not just weights they think I’ll use. What if I can lift more than 44lbs? Still really enjoyed the class and the vibes

It was my first F45 class so I was a little worried about not knowing what to do and looking stupid but at the beginning they show you what to do at each station. It’s hard but you can kinda do as much or as little as you’re able to at each station. I’ll definitely be back for more classes!
