Ventilation system
We have regularly serviced, high efficiency filters installed in our HVAC system as well as portable air purifiers that run full time.
Extra sanitation
All equipment and surfaces are cleaned after every class with EPA approved disinfectant and procedures.
Limited capacity
Maximum class sizes are kept to 10 or less for us maintain quality instruction, provide personalized corrective techniques, and enhance overall class experience.
Equipment policies
To provide the best experience, reservations includes all necessary equipment to participate in our classes. You may bring your own cycling shoes with SPD clips, floor mats or workout towels, if desired. All SPFW provided equipment is cleaned and fully sanitized immediately after each use.
