Form & MOVEMENT Pilates on the Bay is a boutique studio located on the water on Alamitos Bay in Long Beach that offers both EQUIPMENT & MAT workouts in a stunning location. Be challenged, sculpted and strengthened. Don’t get lost in the crowd! Take private sessions, group equipment and innovative mat classes in an intimate setting. Small class sizes ensure our highly skilled instructors can focus on correct form and accurate movement for a deep effective workout every time. All fitness levels welcome! How to prepare

Please arrive a few minutes early to sign-in, fill out new client registration and take a little tour of the studio. Socks are required for class (grip socks are highly recommended) and NO SHOES past the lobby please. Wear comfortable clothes that does not restrict movement or is overly baggy. This will allow the instructor to better assist you. Phones should be silenced and in cubbies. Forget something? Bottles of water and socks are sold in studio.

How to get there

The Form and Movement is located at 180 North Marina Drive in Long Beach, CA in Alamitos Bay Landing Center (the same center as Ballast Point Brewery and the Boathouse restaurants) Once in the center we are between the Yarn shop and the Boathouse restaurant.

Niki was super knowledgeable with the anatomy of the body and ways to take care of your muscles. This is a great self care class for stretching and strengthening to recover from intense workouts. The studio has great energy and was facing the water which was beautiful and super relaxing.
