I’ve been having a difficult time recently and while taking time off I decided on a whim to go to an afternoon spin class. This class was fun and challenging at the same time, Matt read the room and the energy and this was one of the best classes I’ve ever done. His supportive words ring true and couldn’t have come at a better time and made me quite emotional. So I just want to say thank you for an amazing session with amazing tunes, and still telling myself well done for showing up. Thanks Matt!!

She explains everything in detail, so that you do the exercises with proper form, and the workout targets the whole body with low impact exercises. I understand that it’s meant to pump people up, but I regularly do similar workout classes (Barry’s, Psycle etc) and the music is never even close to the level of 1Rebel. It’s seriously damaging and I can’t imagine the decibel level is healthy to be exposed to for even an hour. Similar establishments also usually give out earplugs for free (e.g. Psycle) and it’s criminal they don’t do the same at this 1Rebel

The small PT class size meant that he could adjust our forms/techniques when needed but the whole focus wasn’t entirely on you, which was a relief. Raz suggested heavier weights than I would have picked for myself but turns out he was right and I could do them! I think the class helped me with technique and pushing my perceived limits a bit which is exactly what I wanted. I’ll choose even heavier weights next time. Thanks a lot Raz!

see all reviewsThe class was excellent and don’t be fooled by the description. Im an advanced rider (Psycle, Digme, SoulCycle) and this was tough. Only issue is you wear your own shoes which made the whole thing feel risky and not secure. I also didn’t get the color coding because it goes red both with speed and resistance so it needs a bit of getting used to. But otherwise great class, happy instructor, happy me. Thanks.

He monitored our form and offered modifications based on what he thought our abilities were. Would totally recommend if you’re used to traditional strength training for something different. The gym is small and only had 6(?) machines so lots of attention.

The class was HARD but the instructor was amazing, not too much attention to form but those screens are a game changer!! Shows you how many sets left, how long and how to actually execute the move! Loved it so so much. Although it’s fast pace, I took my time and loved it. Cannot wait to go back!! Highly recommend!!
