Each perticipant has their own designated area to workout on. Their own vitruvian machine, their own Mat and their own assault bike.

We keep the door open, with 2 industrial fans for a fresh breeze
Extra sanitation
All equipment is deeply cleaned afer every single class, making sure the next group that comes in has fresh towels, clean mats and clean equipment.

Maximum class size is 6 (semi privitised training)
