Since there were a handful of us in the class, we could focus on areas that people wanted to and we had far more corrections for form. Loved the shower room facilities (you have your own room) which is a treat and it’s constantly being cleaned. Wish all London gyms were like that!

Major technical issues with no mic and no music and eventually given a portable speaker but the class speaks volumes because he puts so much work into the classes. I got the workout I needed. Lee is great and I come to Gymbox for him only. Great class in red week. Loved it. But Gymbox.....please fix the air-conditioning as it is already a brutal class without the added battle of no air con or air flow. The power battle is enough without the added battle of the heat but I'll be back.

Tracey had a clear and caring teaching style I enjoyed. She shared some nice thoughts and stories during our session. Nice start to a Sunday. Gymbox need to do better on their part at making life easier for their instructors who want to deliver a top tier service.
