see all reviewsI liked this class a lot. Challenging and a good pace. Not used to no music but I honestly didn’t mind it and understand it might be so that we can hear our breathing. Instructor was helpful but not the warmest. I still think she was nice

see all reviewsThis class helped me manage breathe control when using a mixture of technique and momentum. It was at as easier level but not without many challenging movements for all abilities of dancer. I am focusing on less athletic dance which doesn't challenge my asthma too much but instead challenges aspects within my control like musicality, style and technical application.

see all reviewsSuch a great class! It’s built around effort zones, which means it really allows you to focus on the work. It’s a mental exercise as much as a physical one! Raquel is great in guiding and motivating you to push your limit, but you are the one that really has to do the work!

see all reviewsAnisha was very good at guiding us through breathing and the vinayasas. It was relaxing as well as strength building class that was just what I needed after work. The gym environment is a bit loud for my liking with music blaring even in the changing rooms. Especially after a yoga class it is nice to relax but this is personal preference. Sauna is good although should be warmer but it was still a treat after the class.
If you’re looking for a studio with classes that are as challenging as they are fun…BALLET BEGINNERS & INTERMEDIATE
see all reviewsAngelo is a very experienced dancer and teacher, who clearly knows what he is doing and has had lots of additional qualifications (for example royal ballet school). As per usual my weakness (centre work and turns) made some exercises really hard for me. I also know it always takes some time to get used to a teaching style so I was expecting the first class to be tough - i would def say this class is more intermediate than beginners (as stated in description). I do think taking this class regularly will improve my skills though - so I will come back to try again. I would advise to wear layers for warm up in the winter months, and to bring some resin for your shoes as the floor is quite smooth (the resin in the studio appeared to be empty). The studio was clean (love the no shoes policy) and the rest of the group seemed nice and welcoming.
