    Great workout with perfect speed pyramids and awesome lower body exercise band sets. Loved how the playlist had songs at just the right BPM for the treadmill workout. Also thought the hollow-body combos using the exercise were awesome for targeting the abs without risking the ab separation that can happen with bicycle crunches.

    Challenging class if you want cardio. Skiier, rowing, and biking plus Tabatas in between. Everyone was very friendly. Fairly clean facilities. Small changing/shower rooms but they have shampoo/conditioner/body wash, free towels and other feminine amenities. No filter water just tap sink water or purchase so make sure you have one with you.

    Loved the class setup and flow. 12 min on treadmill, 12 min on floor with bodyweight or dumbbell movements, 12 on treadmill, 12 on floor. Good music, great facility, but be prepared for lots of motivational speeches and “look within yourself and why you came here” talks.

    An hiit/bootcamp type class, but really great quick section of dynamic stretching in the beginning that I haven’t had at other neighborhood studios like Exceed, PE Club, or the place next to Cyc. Rebecca was a terrific instructor, enthusiastic and encouraging but zero-percent annoying, and also helped with form. If you want any amenities, though, this is not the place.

    Fab is literally the only person who can make me do cardio. Is bouncing on the trampoline for 25 minutes hard, yes but Fab makes it so fun the 25 minutes go by really quickly!     This is an amazing perk for ClassPass. Very cool workout. Was not at all expecting it - thought it was your average strength class. Nope. Enjoyed this innovative approach to working out..and only 30 mins! Anyone can do it if they don’t freak out easily over involuntary tens treatment (mild electric shocks). Eric was a great trainer and Lucy explained the situation really well :) I’ll be back!

    This is the second time I’ve taken class here. First time was years ago and I remember it being really good. This time, it was really low impact and the instructor was low energy which isn’t necessarily bad, just not my style. Granted, there were only 2 people in class so it’s tough to be super pumped, I get it. Low impact is fine but was hoping for more core workout as it was marketed that way. Ended up spending 5 min or less on core which was disappointing.
