Tess provided skillful coaching and helpful encouragement throughout challenging but mostly accessible back to back exercises. Although only guy in class didn’t feel too awkward, except initially thought this was a sorta “active rest” Saturday class, ha! Yea:no more like rock your body to The Limit fr lolz.
