    JACKED

Great new class at Elle. Circuit style, strength-based workouts using body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and landlines. No cardio outside of the warmup. Tough class, well organized. Would love for Elle to offer this class split into Jacked upper body classes and Jacked lower body classes one day!

    BOLO BOOTCAMP

Challenging but fun class. Jade was great and kept pushing us when we were coming to the end of the circuits and losing steam - helped me get the most of the workout! Only issue is that because it was such a full class, weights ran out so you had to go up or down vs what you wanted due to availability

    HIIT Strike - Advanced

Nice, clean gym with new equipment. Class.was great, the instructor was helpful with correcting form and pushing people to try harder. I liked how everyone wears a heartbeat monitor and can see how you're progressing on the screen. The screen also shows what to do at each station before each interval, which is great because I often forget. Great workout overall.

    Roll Out

After four consecutive days of hard workouts, Roll Out was a gift. It’s like a sports massage: it doesn’t always feel good while it’s happening, but the benefits after are essential. Instruction and pacing were on point, and the studio vibe is encouraging and fun. I’ll be back!

HIIT - ENERGY CIRCUIT - BURN am

First time going to Strive and it's a small studio with 1 room. The class size was about 15 people and like many have mentioned, they do a decent length warm up (not too long in my opinion). We did a few minutes of skipping and then moved into rotating exercises, you will do a lot of squats/lunges/kettle bells/plank! There was a good emphasis on form and the instructor was helpful with corrections. It was a tough class but not too bad if you're in decent shape. The class ended with abs and there was no cool down. I got a good sweat and will definitely be back! Note there's no towel service or filtered water (bathroom tap) so bring your own if you need. Shared lockers to stash your things. Seemed like a lot of people were regulars with a friendly vibe.

Good ab workout. A lot of planks and variations on planks, so maybe a bit boring. But hard. Would be helpful if there was a countdown clock or if the instructor prioritized updating on the time left in an exercise more frequently.
