Path level across from the Tim Hortons. Note: classes at this location are small group! (Awesome right?)

Fit 4 Fighting with Nick
Fun partnered workout. You get out what you put in, I worked up a good sweat. Nick had great energy a played good music which was a bonus!
Total Body Blast with Nick
Great workout and instructor (Nic or Ryan?). The workout area was a tad awkward at first as it’s held in the middle of their small gym. I just loitered around awkwardly waiting for the class to begin. Not sure if I was allowed to use the machines beforehand to warm up, so just stood around. Love the small class size though. Bring a lock for a locker.

Good ab workout. A lot of planks and variations on planks, so maybe a bit boring. But hard. Would be helpful if there was a countdown clock or if the instructor prioritized updating on the time left in an exercise more frequently.

What is ClassPass?
