Noah was a vibe! Loved his energy and music, I felt like I was in a health nightclub. I would say this experience is a little confusing for your first time, I also arrived right when the class started, so I definitely recommend showing up 10 mins early, but attendees are also sweet and helpful. It really speaks volumes of the over all culture at Barry’s.

So challenging in the best way. Ken goes out of his way to always come up with innovative sequencing for his classes. He is super positive and supportive and uses affirmation rather than continually saying the same things over and over to command compliance. You will find yourself smiling in his class even if you are clenching your jaw from effort. Great class for beginners or advanced practitioners.

Attended the Muay Thai/Kickboxing-All Levels class with my husband and Mario was super patient and motivating throughout the class. I do recommend bringing your own gloves and wraps, we travel often so we did use the gloves but it seems to be best to bring your own if you’re a germaphobe as they can be stinky lol I would definitely go again if I had the chance to.
