About this studio

Demco Fitness is a boutique training studio that specializes in semi-private training and bootcamp sessions. Semi-private provides clients with individual workout programs designed for them and their needs. Bootcamp classes are high intensity group classes and are very challenging. Be prepared to work hard and have fun. Bootcamp classes range from tabata intervals, to partner work, to AMRAPs and much more.

Bootcamp classes are high intensity and extremely challenging. Be prepared to work very hard and sweat a lot. If you have any injuries the instructor will modify the class for you as needed. Classes range from tabata intervals, to circuits, to partner and group workouts. This class is conditioning focused.

Sonja's bootcamp is my all-time favorite class. she's tough but encouraging, you earn your day/meals/trophy in her class.

Sonja is an attentive instructor and deserves 5 stars. I was not crazy about the class itself, however, and would give the class 3 stars. I don't enjoy partner/team workouts because it puts unnecessary pressure on individuals to perform at the level of their peers as opposed to working hard at a pace that is appropriate for them. I would have enjoyed this class a lot more if I could have done the class workouts on my own.

Great instructor, shell really push you-but makes sure youre doing the moves in proper form. Feeling sore today, got a great workout. Space is beautiful, just a little small.

What is ClassPass?
