Which , to me , felt like make space for others to enjoy yoga. She taught a all male class today with great reminders such as close your eyes for the last remainder of class , and gave a chakra based theme on the root chakra. She gave a great hands in assist and she was very observant and engaging with the class while creating great spaces for us to self explore. Loved her style and class. Thanks Kennedy keep sharing the true essence of asana. Oh yeah she even used Sanskrit. Little fluff lots of yoga.

see all reviewsGreat class as always! Glad to see Ashlyn is back. My only complaint is that the dots on the floor for mat placement has recently been moved back further and if you’re on the last row you’re either hitting the plants or baskets of equipment and it’s hard to do the movements for class. During one of my classes someone got up to grab more equipment mid class and she was stepping on my mat trying to get to the basket’s and was dipping sweat all over me.

see all reviewsAbsolutely recommend if it’s your first time. I was aggravated mentally prior to attending. I appreciate the instructor for welcoming and creating such a safe space to move however you’d like, despite it being guided. I didn’t realize how much tension can be held in your body after the mental stress/lack of emotional processing I had prior to attending. After a 9-5, this is such a nice class. The sound bath in the end was the icing on the cake! We all thought it was literally raining lol. I recommend prior to attending to definitely journal some intentions on what you want to release prior to the class. The instructor also made sure we were intentional and was observant if we needed to calm our minds/postures a bit more throughout the session. Honestly a 10/10

see all reviewsNice class! I did some new moves I hadn’t done in yoga before so that was cool to experience something different! Robert was great but he talks really fast so it was hard for me to understand what he was saying sometimes 😂 the flooring at the studio is wood as well and doesn’t have any extra padding so it was harder on my wrists. I wasn’t able to do some moves I usually can do because I couldn’t hold myself up on my wrists. It also said on here that they don’t provide mats, blocks, or straps but I did see some there that looked like they were able to be used, so maybe if you just ask they’ll let you borrow! The parking is either on the street or a garage so it’s good to show up a bit early in case you don’t get a street spot and have to walk from the garage. Overall was a good workout, but I think I prefer Samatone yoga nearby. It’s a better experience and cheaper on classpass.

She was an amazing instructor and very clear with her instructions. 90% of the time when I’m at a new studio, I’m looking around at other people to see if I’m doing something right, but I didn’t do that here.
