Such a great sweaty class and motivating instructor! lots of cardio and lower weights/higher reps. Facilities are awesome as well - just wish they had wipes for your mat but otherwise had absolutely everything you could need - showers, towels, shampoo/body wash, hair dryers, hair ties. will definitely be back!

Class was great but there seem to be some inconsistencies when it comes to the mat towel rentals. Sometimes the front desk charges you and sometimes they don’t. For weeks I thought that the rental charges had gone away! I thought to myself “Wow! What a great amenity for this studio to offer for free now”. This can be said for both locations.

My favorite thing about Latrice is how comfortable she makes every body feel in her space. There’s never any talk of diet culture, burning calories, or doing anything except for moving your body in the way that’s right for you.

I really enjoyed this class with Julie! She was welcoming and explained how the studio works since it was my first time. I sat on the warmer side of the room and definitely feel like I got a great workout and left feeling relaxed and ready for the rest of my day.

    Hot Yoga HIIT

Joslin was great; she led a challenging class but also encouraged modifications based on current akill level. Hot yoga is always cathartic, but the HIIT class was definitely more my speed and will be yours too if traditional yoga is a little slow for you to stay focused. Also, everyone here was so welcoming. Will be back!

Hard to find at first in a big busy gym on Tuesday evening, but with a small class size and the super motivating teacher Selase it was a great workout! Did full body workout with weights, then more strength and cardio combo on cycle. Weights felt more like a warmup, but will be back for the full cycle class.

They don't offer that class at all anymore at the Rec center but the manager let us stay to workout in the gym to make up for the confusion. the gym is nice, very new and clean. The stars are for the rec center not the class since we didn't take the class.

Good, low impact, low intimidation, strength class. Friendly group. Clientele is mostly older women. This is Jazzercises 50-55 minute take on strength building using hand weights, tubes, and body weight. Warm up was slower, low impact, jazzercise moves, the rest was strength related.
