She was so accommodating and transparent about the situation but still held the class for those wanting to participate. She held the class in the dark, with no music, and managed to made everyone comfortable and adjusted her set plan on the fly to keep safety in mind. I was new to Pilates and her and the regulars at this studio were the best, I felt so comfortable.

see all reviewsI took the full row class as my first class. I arrived early as directed for a first row and was greeted very warmly. The class instructor, Agnes took me in early and showed me proper form and explained the class mechanics one-on-one. Everyone was very supportive and my assigned machine was between two experienced members that made me feel even more comfortable with helpful tips, encouragement, and jokes. Also the music was great. Rowing for the full time was definitely challenging. I am not at all in shape and when Agnes said, “it’s time to catch your breath”, I wanted to say, “that ship has sailed”😆. I was thankful for the modification advice she gave during class that allowed me to finish my first full row. I feel like I accomplished something today, had some fun, and met some cool people. I am looking forward to my next class.

It felt like a true workout with a good mix of cardio/legs. I’m normally not one to want to incorporate cardio into my workouts, but I’m glad they did because I felt it. Tori was very encouraging, but for people she knew who are members, she really pushed them. I was almost intimidated, but good for them! It’s super close to my house and I love that this company is family owned so I am giving back to my community.

The intimate class of 5 of us made it feel more like a personal training session than group class which I really loved and Ramon is great! He showed us all the moves, made sure to help with form where needed, and pushed me out of my comfort zone. I typically go for lighter weights and he encouraged me to try larger weights and I’ve never felt stronger. Bumping playlist, good vibes and can’t wait for the next!
