Destiny kills it every single week and I always look forward to Tuesday evenings. This class is so fun, you ALWAYS get a good sweat, and the energy is always on 1000%. see all reviewsThe instructor is incredible, I was not prepared for high intensity, training. On my end, I wish I would’ve done more research for this class because I have a knee and shoulder injury. Although modifications are possible this class itself was not the best workout for me. If you’re healthy and all your limbs are good it’s great and you’re gonna love it but if you’re avoiding aggravation to any joint injury, I recommend cycle, which was incredible w the same instructor.
