The class itself was great; love the studio and the owner. Lisa was the least motivating instructor Ive experienced, in fact she was quite degrading. Ill be back to BURN but will never take Lisas class again. I left this class feeling worthless.

Tough class! But David was great and encouraging.
TabataBURN with Aryica
I enjoy tabata or HITT type of workouts, so this was my kind of workout. But, there wasnt a lot of instruction or correction since the intervals were so short. I didnt think the workout was that hard, but I think it would be best for people who have been lifting for awhile since there wasnt a lot of instruction.
