Her class is challenging but doable with a great focus this time on core, inner thigh and upper body work - I definitely didn’t feel like I was dying from doing cardio and appreciate that I can fully focus on form instead of rushing thru compound moves and fast cardio (like some other sculpt classes in Dallas)- The spacing in studio B feels kind of tight but I understand that’s the name of the game. I’ll be back!!

The songs weren’t quite as fast as some other classes which allowed me to stay on rhythm and put on the resistance. The “tone” part of the class with heavier weights than your typical cycling class was a nice touch as well. Great music, great energy, and well kept studio!

Today was an Easter class and because class was small everyone started all together on the treads before we all switched to the floor. I so appreciate the creativity and thought Ethan puts into his routines all while keeping the class really fun and interesting. 60 minutes with Ethan goes by in a flash. I don’t know if I am allowed to mention a member’s name on here but there was a sweet woman named Amanda who teamed up with me on the floor stations. She was such an enthusiastic and fun partner! Thank you to the studio for refilling the ear plug basket since it was empty last Sunday. Appreciate you all!

Well I almost didn’t go because I was running late and couldn’t find my matt…thank goodness they rent ones there for $5. Anyways, turns out it was EXACTLY what my body and most importantly my SOUL needed. During practice…I started tearing up and crying. Not sure why, not ugly cry but just a tear or two rolled down my face. It’s the first time ever that’s happened to me in any workout class. The instructor said it was my body just releasing stress. Apparently in today’s world we are in constant “Flight or Fight” response and this practice was to help us slow down, and activate our para-sympathetic nervous system and just be one in ourselves. I’m not sure if I’m putting this correctly, remember still a newbie! Ha ha anyways, it was fantastic. Thank you.

She has a serious talent for knowing how to push and bring out the best in you! It’s a super high energy class that starts with heavy weight work for the legs then moving over to hold 2-3 lbs while doing a dance cardio sequence then back for arms. Not really for beginners I will say, the heavy weight and movement to cardio is pretty tough. I’ll be back!

They have equipment I’ve never even seen before, which is awesome, and the two guys I saw running the place were great! They’d go around cleaning the gym and making sure you can find the type of equipment you’re needing, because it is pretty large. I will be going back, a lot. The only reason for 4 stars is because people there don’t re-rack their weights, not even the personal trainers.

We did KB sumo deadlifts, DB chest presses, med ball skaters, jump rope, and bag work (just power hooks). I suggest you bring your own gloves if you own one. You don't really need handwraps because you do 30sec work 30sec rest then you do it again 2 more times. It's definitely a great workout. I highly recommend it specially for beginners who are looking for proper form instructions because I'm all about proper form and technique. Also the members were so nice and helpful. Shout out to a lady name Allison for helping me get the 20s db.

I am a self proclaimed cardio junkie and this class was everything I hoped it would be…fast and challenging. I loved the 50-40-30 intervals and the 55 seconds to switch stations was perfect so my heart rate didn’t plummet too much and I had time for water and to get set up. I burned almost 400 kcals with the warm up and cool down and hit a max of 188 bpm. My avg was 138. I was paired with two other ladies who were fun and enthusiastic.
