You can tell the owners + staff just give a damn. The only ding is I noticed the door was locked for folks who were late— even like 2-3 mins. Most gyms (OTF, Barry’s, F45, etc.) have at least a 5-10 min grace window. Such a harsh unwritten/uncommunicated policy creates a poor user experience. So I hope that is considered in the future.

A warehouse-size boutique for strength-training-only classes, this business is well run and differentiates handsomely with a sharp MBA owner. He was the only owner confident enough to charge me for equipment rental. With just 5 stations by 5 lanes, the workout had the refreshingly-slower pace I have been seeking while feeling triumphant to finish. Zero barbells also make room for more innovative equipment!
