see all reviewsHot yoga & hip hop? An all-inclusive studio so I don’t have to worry about lugging a mat, towels and water with me? I’m SOLD! The class is definitely more advanced/challenging so I wouldn’t recommend for beginners, but I loved it! Can’t wait to come back!

see all reviewsExcellent. Covered all the bases: abundant flow with thoughtful sequencing, standing balancing poses and arm balances. Looking forward to continuing to advance my practice at this studio. Added bonus was that the front desk was super accommodating even though I arrived with not a minute to spare....I’ll be early next time ;)

see all reviewsThe studio is small and intimate and the class was accessible to all levels, but with a strong focus on alignment and technique lots of thoughtful adjustments. Ive been to 2 classes at Hilltop and both times found that they have you hold poses longer than Im used to, which made it feel surprisingly challenging despite the poses themselves being relatively basic. Im pregnant and Hilaire was very comfortable offering me modifications and recommendations without seeming anxious or changing the focus of the class (as has happened to me at other studios).

see all reviewsGood class - different than other workouts I’ve done but challenging and uses arms, abs, legs, booty. For the first half you do typical exercise moves using the hammock (squats, high knees, planks, arm work, etc) then the second half is more of the aerial acrobatics. Definitely a good workout, change up in my routine. They provide mats Clean studio There is a bathroom for changing

see all reviewsIt's still hot and humid in the room from the previous class, so I recommend not wearing pants or long sleeves. Also, I saw people bringing pillows, bolsters, and other props. At a minimum, I recommend something for under your neck (to take pressure of the back of your head) and something to cover your eyes (a washcloth or sock works fine).
