Hot Vinyasa 60
see all reviewsThe vinyasa class is slower and more gentle, which felt right for early morning. I LOVE the new studio: it’s clean, there are showers, there’s a full locker room instead of 30 women trying to get changed in a 10x10 tent, and there’s free parking in the Jewel lot!

see all reviewsJim was an amazing instructor! It was my first time doing hot yoga and he was very welcoming and clear with his directions and cues. The room was obviously very hot, but I was able to make it through class without passing out or getting dizzy.

see all reviewsThis was hands down my favorite yoga class I’ve ever taken! Honestly, a lot of classes these days feel way too difficult or way beyond my skill level, but this one was completely different. The instructor made every single pose so easy to understand and follow, guiding us step-by-step through proper form so nothing felt overwhelming. On top of the fantastic instruction, the playlist was awesome. I left feeling confident, relaxed, and accomplished. I will definitely be back!
