    I’ve taken dozens of Aly’s classes across the city at so many different studios and she’s always a standout instructer who balances so deeply caring about her students while kicking their butts in the best way in her 60-minute slot with them. She’s just a joy to workout with and I couldn’t recommend her more. Take her class and feel better mentally and physically right away. Total 5 star.

    Really fun circuit style class with obstacles included. I liked the laid back atmosphere even though you’re taking class with the people that are very accomplished. There are modifications for beginners, I found the instruction helpful and the obstacles challenging. Helps to have some upper body strength.

    This is my second class with Ami - why? Because the first was so good. This is a stretching and gentle movement class - a great centering or midweek refresh. Easy entry into the Ray and free lockers are in the second floor with easy access to the workout studios.
