    Body Vibez

I LOVED this class. It was the perfect strength + cardio combo. Music was awesome and Carrie was great. I love HIIT style and that what this felt like. Plus the power plate just ramps it all up. And the cool towel with essential oils at the end is just lovely.

AIR® Foundation (all levels - aerial fitness)

The class was definitely hard for a beginner but Amy helped all of us first timers. She gave us variations to try according to our comfortably level. She also encouraged us and explained that it will get easier with repetition.

AIR® Foundation (All Level Aerial Fitness)

Such a great experience. It was like a combination of yoga and Pilates while being suspended in air (which made it even more fun than either). I had a great instructor and would love to go back regularly

AIR® Foundation (all level - aerial fitness)

This was my first aerial class and I was nervous but it was a lot of fun. You definitely need some baseline upper body strength to pull yourself up on the silk but it was fun using the silk in typical workout moves. I want to go back and learn more. Fun to do with friends!

    AERIAL TRICKS

If you’re more interested in learning tricks than doing a workout this is a great class! I personally like it better than the AIR tricks class. You still start with some exercises but you have more time to learn and practice at the end, and you aren’t overly tired to the point where you can’t do anything more.

    Obstacle Course Fusion

Very nice coach! She was involved and encouraging. Offered good variations for people with injuries and for those more advanced. It was a small group of 5 at 7am on a Saturday, great way to start the day.

    Pilates Reformer Beginner

The instructor was super helpful - it’s a smaller class so she came around and helped people with form throughout class. The machines are the ones you have to built together and take apart so they’re not the super fancy reformers but the instructor does the most that she can with them and I still got a great workout. I’ll definitely be back!
