see all reviewsThis was my first aerial class and I was nervous but it was a lot of fun. You definitely need some baseline upper body strength to pull yourself up on the silk but it was fun using the silk in typical workout moves. I want to go back and learn more. Fun to do with friends!

see all reviewsIf you’re more interested in learning tricks than doing a workout this is a great class! I personally like it better than the AIR tricks class. You still start with some exercises but you have more time to learn and practice at the end, and you aren’t overly tired to the point where you can’t do anything more.

see all reviewsThe instructor was super helpful - it’s a smaller class so she came around and helped people with form throughout class. The machines are the ones you have to built together and take apart so they’re not the super fancy reformers but the instructor does the most that she can with them and I still got a great workout. I’ll definitely be back!
