see all reviewsI’ve taken dozens of Aly’s classes across the city at so many different studios and she’s always a standout instructer who balances so deeply caring about her students while kicking their butts in the best way in her 60-minute slot with them. She’s just a joy to workout with and I couldn’t recommend her more. Take her class and feel better mentally and physically right away. Total 5 star.

There are modifications for beginners, I found the instruction helpful and the obstacles challenging. Helps to have some upper body strength.
