Tia was adorable! Really loved this class. Not a traditional flow class (which I was fine with but some folks prefer that) but had challenging postures and some sequences and a nice balance of abs and chill out. Loved it!

Brandy’s class was challenging but accessible. That sounds so generic but what can I say, it’s so true. First time in her class, apparently they had been working on splits and wheel lately - which is exactly what I’ve been craving and working on at home. Loved it! The studio is small and intimate and the class was accessible to all levels, but with a strong focus on alignment and technique lots of thoughtful adjustments. Ive been to 2 classes at Hilltop and both times found that they have you hold poses longer than Im used to, which made it feel surprisingly challenging despite the poses themselves being relatively basic. Im pregnant and Hilaire was very comfortable offering me modifications and recommendations without seeming anxious or changing the focus of the class (as has happened to me at other studios).

Really nice. This was my first prenatal yoga class. I had been doing yoga for years up until I got pregnant but took my first trimester off so it was so nice to be back on the mat. 5 ppl in the class so we got lots of individual instruction and adjustment which I always appreciate.
