The Sol workout is invigorating, unique and weirdly addictive! it’s a combination of dance, pilates, and uses light hand weights and ankle weights. It’s great training for functional movement and mobility, and it’s really beautiful to get into the flow of the music, in synchronized movement with others. I'm glad that I already have experience with the rowing machine and am at a medium-ish level level of fitness since I wouldn't say this is a beginner class. A lot of people there were athletic but the class wasn't intimidating. I felt in the zone while doing the workouts so I'll def comeback to level up my fitness.

By the end of the class I was dripping in sweat 🥵 I would warn people that are new to weight training. The machines are the ones you have to built together and take apart so they’re not the super fancy reformers but the instructor does the most that she can with them and I still got a great workout.
