Intensity level not as advertised. More like”The 250.” Trainer is great, but I had to do 10 minutes on the tread and kettlebells to get to 325 cals burned after completing class.

Intensity varies depending on who is in the class- always tailored to the hotel guests it seems. Class is too easy.

I really enjoyed Kat’s class!
HIIT
My instructor was amazing. This class is 5 credits and an amazing HIIT class, use treadmills and gym equipment, lots of circuits. And you have full access to the spa area - jacuzzi , pool , steam room, sauna , amazing showers. It’s perfect and I will be taking many of these classes. Similar to Barry’s (18 credits) but BETTER! For 5!
