Sydney’s class is awesome—she will push you, she will encourage you, she will give you a great workout! love the combo of yoga flow and strength training with weights, room is heated and you will be dripping with sweat in no time! music is on point, studio provides towels for class and mats for rent, locker room is fancy (shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided, bring or rent a shower towel).

Hot yoga & hip hop? An all-inclusive studio so I don’t have to worry about lugging a mat, towels and water with me? I’m SOLD! The class is definitely more advanced/challenging so I wouldn’t recommend for beginners, but I loved it! Can’t wait to come back!

Great studio, small and cozy. Idk if my class was the norm, but I felt it could have been more challenging, and I'm not even in that great of shape. It was great for a beginners class, but need different levels. Beginner, intermediate, advanced etc.

I’ve never felt anything but safe and welcomed at any of the YogaSix locations; I think it’s one of the best studios in Chicago. Emma had an amazing vibe and was extremely open towards all levels of practitioners. I liked the set sequence that you could make as easy or as challenging as you wanted; there were plenty of modifications for all. There was a bit of flowing on your own but plenty of guidance. I appreciate that she did not single out anyone in the class or give too much individual correcting as we had some beginners and could have made them feel uncomfortable. Heat was perfect and great playlist as well!

The studio is small and intimate and the class was accessible to all levels, but with a strong focus on alignment and technique lots of thoughtful adjustments. Ive been to 2 classes at Hilltop and both times found that they have you hold poses longer than Im used to, which made it feel surprisingly challenging despite the poses themselves being relatively basic. Im pregnant and Hilaire was very comfortable offering me modifications and recommendations without seeming anxious or changing the focus of the class (as has happened to me at other studios).

This is more of a workout class with squats, cardio, and handheld weights that has some yoga mixed in. It’s a good workout, just less yoga than I was expecting. I had a hard time with how hot the room was. Very nice instructor and good facility with a lobby seating area and changing rooms with showers. Bring your own mat or rent one there for $4. #classpassinsider

This is definitely a class for people who have previously done yoga. It's fast paced and if you're unfamiliar with the poses, you might miss out on the flow. But I personally like faster paced so I enjoyed it. I also loved the choice of more indie music rather than your typical ohm yoga music. The staff is super nice as they helped me retrieve my wedding ring after it went down their sink. All in all, I will be back to this studio and class.

Not the typical vinyasa flow style class Im used to like at CP. Lots of stretching and then a series of challenging poseswith lots of hands on assists and super encouraging guidance. Sculpt with Britany was tough but exactly what you’d expect from a hot yoga class with weights! She provided a few variations to make it more or less challenging based on what you needed. She did a few temperature checks during class to make sure the group was comfortable as well. The only downside to this location is that parking can be a bit of a pain.
