see all reviewsI love Abby’s cueing style & cadence— keeps the class engaging. I also really vibe with her chill house playlist— it gives just enough energy and relaxation which gives the boost to do the moves but also be steady whilst in the move. The only thing id say is when she counts and cues “holds” she’ll say, for example, “hold in 4..3..2..1.. mini pulses” which is confusing because I’m not sure if we are going to hold in 4 seconds as she’s counting down or if we are supposed to be holding while she’s counting down. So more clarity on that would be helpful. Additionally , when transitioning from legs to obliques, i wish we transitioned to the opposite oblique of the leg we had worked on instead of the same side oblique because it felt like my leg was too fatigued to be able to fully work the same side oblique. Other than that i really like Abby’s coaching style! One of my fav instructors at lagree!

Her ability to build a fun, butt-kicking hybrid of yoga flow and sculpt with weights? Perfect every time. You leave with a big calorie burn while feeling stronger than before. And she leaves time for proper cooldown which so many teachers don’t remember to do. I loved the core section of the work out but wish it went on a bit longer. Overall it was a great experience, Nikki even walked us through stretching afterwards for a few minutes which was a great warm down. Only downside is the cafe has a large window connected to the workout room so if you don’t like the feeling of working out with people watching come early to secure a spot on the opposite side of the room. Over all I’d rate this class a 10/10 and will definitely be returning!

He went into detail in explaining each move and we were able to flow through the class almost effortlessly. He really pushed us to keep going and use heavier weights if you could. At the end of class he invited us to join the next class and even helped instruct us in some additional moves to work on to improve balance and stability. I really loved how low impact this workout was while still getting the burn that I desired. I felt comfortable and welcomed in the studio and even received a tour at the end.
