see all reviewsGreat class with Meredith. Lagree is really hard. I find that I still get a really good workout even if I modify and take breaks. The staff is always welcoming. The space is nice. Plenty of room between the equipment, good music (not too loud) and lots of encouragement to get through every move. Be ready for lots of plank work. If you like working with slider discs, you’ll love how the reformer equipment here will give you stability and resistance to work the whole body.

I’ve taken other reformer Pilates in the past so I felt like I caught on quicker than maybe someone who had never done a class like this before. I will definitely be back!

At a minimum, I recommend something for under your neck (to take pressure of the back of your head) and something to cover your eyes (a washcloth or sock works fine).
