    Great class with Meredith. Lagree is really hard. I find that I still get a really good workout even if I modify and take breaks. The staff is always welcoming. The space is nice. Plenty of room between the equipment, good music (not too loud) and lots of encouragement to get through every move. Be ready for lots of plank work. If you like working with slider discs, you’ll love how the reformer equipment here will give you stability and resistance to work the whole body.

    I was so fortunate to snag a spot in Danny’s Saturday AM sold out class and I am already feeling the burn in the best way imaginable. He makes recommendations on how to make moves easier or more challenging depending on your skill level and I love that. A side note to another student doing something completely different than the rest of the class…schedule a private session or get your own machine at home sweetie.

    Love Nicole! She’s my favorite Solidcore instructor. This class gave me abs. Such an incredible workout. Nicole challenges you but not so much that it’s annoying. The classes fly by. Which I like because I hate working out. But the results from Solidcore keep me coming back!

    Roosha was fantastic. By far the best solid core class I’ve attended in years. The best was with Anne, the founder. Roosha is very detailed and keeps the class at a steady pace while you’re still able to hear her and follow along. I wish I lived in Chicago so I could attend more of her classes.

    Really good! Super unique. My first time and I’d absolutely do it again. It takes a bit of coordination, which I don’t have, but I got the hang of it. Also uses the shoulders, and I had to make adjustments to that for me. The instructor was great on so many levels.

    Wow! What a great instructor. Very patient, took the time in a class with over 30 people to make personal adjustments. I had not done yin yoga in years. It is a great practice for those working on doing more with less. This is a busy studio. I can see why. It is a bit urban grunge, but a place I would definitely come back to.

    Kiley is seriously SO nice. Even if I fail miserably at a move, shes so encouraging and nice about it. Makes me not want to give up and keep trying! They only open classes to Classpass when its otherwise slow but I definitely recommend keeping an eye on their schedule!

    Shannon was great and so welcoming for a newbie like me! I loved the small class environment and how we were all able to get individual feedback and form corrections. The class was in a temporary space, the Midwest Buddhist Temple, while their studio is undergoing renovations, but I quite enjoyed the location. It lent a nice meditative vibe to the class.
