Absolutely LOVED the class!!! Aidan was AMAZING, super welcoming and took the time to teach me the proper stance and each punch, making sure I was doing everything correctly before we started the class. I also loved being near the center where I could clearly see the instructor demonstrate the next moves. Workout was intense, but I loved every minutes of it. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, an awesome experience! Definitely will go back!!

    Body Vibez

This is a very innovative and fun way to work out! A number of things to appreciate here. first friendly and helpful staff. Today's instructor saw me struggling and gave modifications throughout the lesson to help me out. the other instructor that checked me in, was very eager to get me settled in and explain how the class would go (he tried to tell me something about how to stand on the pad so it doesn't vibrate in your ears, but I missed it, so clarify that) throughout the class there is nice upbeat music, the instructor shows you everything before you do and there is a huge screen to watch her while you actually do the exercises. Even though I have only been here once, it seems like the instructor now everyone that comes in and personally gets them to their stations. Lastly, the finisher for the class a cool towel, very nice, because I was burning up (do not wear long sleeves to this class)

The class was challenging but in a fun way I’m going back this was a good cardio workout. Keyante was good with me as a beginner. They rent the gloves but you have to purchase hand wraps. I was sweating! heart was beating and it was fun to learn the combos. We were moving throughout the entire class. I was nervous but Keyante gave modifications and was really encouraging to keep going.

An Unforgettable Experience at PUSH Indoor Cycle & Yoga! Tonight’s class at PUSH Indoor Cycle & Yoga was nothing short of incredible! From the moment I walked in, the energy was electric, the vibe was welcoming, and the workout was exactly what I needed. A huge shoutout to Vikki, who absolutely crushed it as an instructor! Her passion, motivation, and killer playlist made the class both challenging and fun. She knows how to push you (pun intended!) past your limits while keeping it engaging and uplifting. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, she meets you where you are and helps you level up. The indoor cycle session was an adrenaline rush—perfectly paced, with just the right mix of endurance, sprints, and climbs. And then, the yoga class was the ultimate reset. The balance between strength, stretch, and mindfulness was exactly what my body and mind needed. If you’re looking for a fitness studio that delivers top-tier workouts, incredible instructors, and a supportive community, PUSH Indoor Cycle & Yoga is the place to be. Can’t wait for my next class!
