Loved this class! Checked every box, was relaxing to start and the energy kept building. Cardio, heavy weights, some yoga… left feeling super accomplished. This is an amazing studio and it was an amazing class! Will be back.

Sarah is such a great instructor— her energy, her encouragement, her passion, & her flows are all great! I’ve had Sarah as an instructor 4 times now, & she is just so kind & genuine. The class itself is the perfect balance of challenging & relaxing.

Best yoga studio ever! Rich is such a dynamic and lively instructor who provides advanced modifications and really focuses in on how each body part should be positioned / which muscles should be working. The advanced Asana class is the perfect class for yogis who want to expand their horizons and try new poses.

Great class, I would have preferred not sitting up and laying down so much at the end but that’s a personal preference. Great studio space overall.

    Analog Yoga Flow

Great class. My third class at this space with different instructors. The space is very nice full of natural light. Very clean, with mats, cork blocks and blankets available. The space was warm in the winter. The instructor had a very genuine and caring demeanor. She did not come around and do adjustments but if you follow verbal instructions well she was very detail oriented in explaining ideal positioning. The class was neither too difficult or too easy. A lot of focus on lengthening/stretching and some strengthening . I felt like it got my blood flowing. I would take the class again for sure.

    Flex & Flow

Charlie was a great first impression of this studio. He was very focused on making sure everyone in class got something out of it. He went into detail in explaining each move and we were able to flow through the class almost effortlessly. He really pushed us to keep going and use heavier weights if you could. At the end of class he invited us to join the next class and even helped instruct us in some additional moves to work on to improve balance and stability. I really loved how low impact this workout was while still getting the burn that I desired. I felt comfortable and welcomed in the studio and even received a tour at the end.
