Love Taylor’s energy!! She gives you a WORK OUT. I had to pace myself but it was easy to dip out and jump back in with the choreo. I’ll be back!

    BeMoved

This was such an uplifting wonderful way to move. The class starts with warm-up and ends with a cool down with a center section that builds up to choreography with a different theme every week. It’s a blend of fitness meets dance and seems very beginner friendly. Shoes-wise: Non-marking indoor sneakers, dance sneakers or any dance (ballet, jazz, etc) would work but you probably don’t want a big heel for this. Perfect active recovery that still breaks a sweat.

David is awesome and my favorite instructor of the studio (I tired two others). He’s entertaining and creates a sense of community with ease. Wish I lived here in Chicago so I could regularly go to his classes!

First time taking a TRX class. There were 11 students including myself and instructor was able to be attentive and give feedback which was very helpful! Also gave several variations for the stations.

This is absolutely one of my favorite classes! Jessica always has something that is challenging. Whether it's speed, level changes, using quick twitch muscles, or slowing things down to really explore the movement, you'll always find yourself working on something new.

    Adult Beginner Jazz/Funk

I’ve been to this class twice and really like it!! Seth is a great instructor and love his energy. I do wish that they capped class size at like 10-12 because the space is small. I counted 16 people not including the instructor and it feels really cramped!
