Love Taylor’s energy!! She gives you a WORK OUT. I had to pace myself but it was easy to dip out and jump back in with the choreo. I’ll be back!

    IN-STUDIO Essentials Sol

My new favorite class! This warm and welcoming space feels like community the moment you walk in. The Sol workout is invigorating, unique and weirdly addictive! it’s a combination of dance, pilates, and uses light hand weights and ankle weights. It’s great training for functional movement and mobility, and it’s really beautiful to get into the flow of the music, in synchronized movement with others. I have been back every week since I first tried it. Thank you, Amanda!

Really fun dance fitness class. Seriously give it a try. You won’t know the moves but they make it fun anyway. Really friendly teachers and community. Be ready to sweat! I averaged 158 heartbeats per minute for the class.

    Pilates Reformer Beginner

The instructor was super helpful - it’s a smaller class so she came around and helped people with form throughout class. The machines are the ones you have to built together and take apart so they’re not the super fancy reformers but the instructor does the most that she can with them and I still got a great workout. I’ll definitely be back!

    Dance Church @ Color Club

It was my first classpass i’ve done and i loved it! Maria was so welcoming from the start. I felt like I was able to follow along the best i could and there was no judgment when i had to pace myself and slow my body down a bit. She encourages you through the class in a very empowering way and it gives you energy to keep going! It’s beginner friendly if you allow yourself to listen to your body and go at your own pace when you need it. If you’re a dancer/already active i don’t think you’ll have a problem keeping up.
