see all reviewsSuper fun, def recommend! The instructor was awesome and I enjoyed this class a lot. Definitely more of a dance class than some of the studios other offerings, quintessential hip-hop moves make up the choreo and are easy and fun to pick up. You’ll build choreo the entire class to an ever-changing music mix - there’s not one designated song.

see all reviewsSuch a great class taught by Michelle! Definitely meant more for beginners to house dance, I have a bit more experience so I don’t know if I would come back to this class - but I would definitely take another class from Michelle and recommend this one to anyone who hasn’t done house dance before!

She definitely got us sweating and feeling the burn! But she made it one of the most vibey and exciting work out/ dance experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely will be going back💖💃🏼💦

see all reviewsLoved the instructor! The energy and vibes are great — very light instructions, but the point is to do more movement than instruction so you get a better workout. I was a little lost, but still got a great workout and had fun regardless. Convenient location! There’s free street parking nearby.

see all reviewsI appreciate the sense of community in the space. When I do weights it’s usually light to mid range, this definitely seems like pushing the limits is the plan. Not sure if it’s my jam but seems like a great place and the instructor is very helpful!

see all reviewsIf you've ever watched the movie Zootopia, the Sloth is literally the perfect example how this workout is done! 1 rep takes 60sec, pick a weight you can handle to move slowly. Certainly strange at first but it's actually quite interesting once you understand what's happening. It takes significant mental effort to resist rushing through. Good luck!

see all reviewsYantong was highly knowledgeable and very patient and kind. He adjusted the class to our experience levels and I had a blast! I think there’s a common misconception that tai chi is for older people due to its slow pace. I disagree! The movements were more challenging to hold due to the pace, and it forced me to actually be mindful about my form (as opposed to blasting through reps). Additionally, the core work and forms involved prepare you for this and other martial arts. The teacher is great and the studio was easy to find in the fitness center. Highly recommend!

see all reviewsMarsy was a very enthusiastic instructor and made the class engaging! Her and the staff including Julia and Samantha made the studio feel very comfortable and inviting for my first time there. The class itself was fun and similar to Zumba in terms of the cardio being pretty intense and sweaty and the movements being very fast and “nonstop,” as the title of class suggested. Definitely need to bring plenty of water and wear comfortable workout clothing for this class. The steps were common beginner dance moves but eventually were very fast and difficult to follow at times near the middle and end of the routine. The steps may have needed to be slowed down at times to truly learn them for new-comers, but overall, it was a class well-spent.
