    PILATES CENTERED

Love this studio. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. Joia is the sweetest and is very experienced and helpful with injury modifications. More of a beginner Pilates class and not too challenging, but you still get a good burn!

    Yin 75

Wow! What a great instructor. Very patient, took the time in a class with over 30 people to make personal adjustments. I had not done yin yoga in years. It is a great practice for those working on doing more with less. This is a busy studio. I can see why. It is a bit urban grunge, but a place I would definitely come back to.

    Inferno Hot Pilates 60

This was a challenging low impact class with Briza! It was all body weight, and TONS of reps that had me gassed by the end. I loved the heat. Would have liked to use some props (small weights, bands, etc) If you love body weight exercises this class is for you!

Love this class, feels a little intimidating to be a newbie among regulars, but that’s common in lots of studios. Vanessa is a great instructor and makes me really understand the terminology and movements

    EXPRESS MAT PILATES

It's a beautiful relaxing space with soft lighting and peaceful music. It's exactly what I've been seeking for a recovery class after taking HIIT classes during the week. The workout is like a yoga class with more core exercises but less stretching. Mary Kate was wonderful.

Signature Sol (now at SOLARIUM 502 s. oak park)

Suupperrr challenging and super rewarding workout. Would recommend for anyone looking to raise their heart rate but maybe has to avoid more high impact exercises like running. Will definitely take some time to pick it up because of the choreography, but even if you’re only doing the modifications you’re sure to get a good workout in!

Outdoor Pilates Sculpt (Teacher in Training)

Great class and what a great ambiance!! Lindsey was great too. She was in training but it didn’t show! Her abs section was especially hard and great. I loved the outdoor garden, it was such a beautiful place to do a workout! I can’t wait to go back.

    In-Studio Mat Class

This class was very foundational and focused on form which I loved. Lots of small adjustments and small movements. The instructor encouraged everyone to do it the right way rather than try to push the furthest and over flex for their abilities. The studio is really nice, open and organized.

    Candlelight Vinyasa

Great stretching and meditation class. The name of the class should be changed to Restore Yoga. There wasn’t a lot of vinyasa flow, but I didn’t mind since the stretches were very helpful for my back

    Pilates Equipment: Reformer Level 1-2

Shannon was great and so welcoming for a newbie like me! I loved the small class environment and how we were all able to get individual feedback and form corrections. The class was in a temporary space, the Midwest Buddhist Temple, while their studio is undergoing renovations, but I quite enjoyed the location. It lent a nice meditative vibe to the class.
