INTERVAL: FULL BODY
see all reviewsAs a first-timer to this class I found it welcoming. I was encouraged to push myself, but also take it at my own place. I was nervous about taking the class as I’m recovering from an injury and knew I’d half to walk or take it slow on the treadmill, but the atmosphere of the class made it so that was totally fine!

see all reviewsIt was my first interval class at S3 and Abbie was such a great coach to guide me through it! Her playlist was fire too. Didn’t love the rower machine that they have at S3 but I liked the floor exercises that Abbie put together. I would take another class with her in a heartbeat!

see all reviewsIt was a very precise total body workout with a motivated instructor —but a little suffering was involved :). Expect a tough workout. It really was a very well-designed sequence of moves… but may be too challenging for some people. What would make it better would be offering some modifications, or vocally allowing people to remain in the earlier positions as the moves progressed, so that participants didn’t feel a shy to modify on their own without the official „permission” to do so. A few ppl needed to take a break and exit the class for a bit then return. One person left early, unsure if it was due to scheduling or discomfort with keeping up. I hope this review didn’t sound negative because it really is an excellent class with a great instructor. Just a heads up that you have to already be decently strong to keep up and if you aren’t there yet it may be discouraging. I will definitely take the class again but it kicked my butt and I may need to build up to following along with everything, by modifying the workouts a little for myself

see all reviewsCharlie was a great first impression of this studio. He was very focused on making sure everyone in class got something out of it. He went into detail in explaining each move and we were able to flow through the class almost effortlessly. He really pushed us to keep going and use heavier weights if you could. At the end of class he invited us to join the next class and even helped instruct us in some additional moves to work on to improve balance and stability. I really loved how low impact this workout was while still getting the burn that I desired. I felt comfortable and welcomed in the studio and even received a tour at the end.

see all reviewsThe instructor is great. I took this same class with the same instructor a while back and was hoping it would be the same but I guess she varies it. I preferred the other class that had more stand up strengthening/stretching/lengthening/balancing poses and moves all in one that felt just incredible. That was one of my top 3 classes I ever took on class pass. This one was just a little “less”, but still really good. We did more seated poses and used weights on some occasions.
