You get an assigned yoga space and they have free self locking lockers!

see all reviewsNicole is a beautiful instructor. Clear cues, gentle guidance and calming sentiments to keep you confident and focused on your practice. The room is *HOT* though (and a bit stinky) so keep that in mind if your aren’t used to doing yoga in 100+ temps. I could handle the heat better if there were fans, but I imagine not everyone would agree to that. The cool eucalyptus towel at the end was perfection and much needed.

see all reviewsThe space was beautiful, clean, and modern. The instructor was incredibly friendly and very welcoming! The playlist was great and I felt like I worked up a wonderful sweat. For me the only downsides, were that between the volume of the music and the volume of the instructor’s mic pac, it felt very loud and not as relaxing as other yoga classes I’ve been to. I also wish that the shavasana, the final resting pose, was longer to get more in that meditative space. Overall, though, a great workout out and very welcoming vibe!
