INTERVAL: FULL BODY
see all reviewsAs a first-timer to this class I found it welcoming. I was encouraged to push myself, but also take it at my own place. I was nervous about taking the class as I’m recovering from an injury and knew I’d half to walk or take it slow on the treadmill, but the atmosphere of the class made it so that was totally fine!

see all reviewsShay led a great class! This was my second time back at YogaBox - I came here about a year ago and I didn’t love it, the class was way too hot and intense but this time I really enjoyed it. The class was still steamy but not unsufferingly so (like CorePower). I would say the level was about intermediate. There were a group of bros that took my class who were raving about it after. I’d come back!

Her energy, the flow of poses, her hands on assists — it was all amazing, & then it was capped off by Steph going around the room with a rain stick, which made incredible sounds to lull me into a great mindset for shavasana. I look forward to another class led by Steph!
