Especially cues like how much weight should be in each leg for certain punches and how close or far back I need to be from the bag. Such a good full body class my shoulders are on 🔥! She provided ample amounts of cues, corrected form when necessary and had fluid movement throughout each portion of the class. I appreciated that the class was beginner friendly, but also offered opportunities for advanced movements to make it more challenging for returners. I was nervous before I walked in that it'd be intimidating or that I wouldn't be able to keep up, but the pace had lots of rest time and everyone in the class was so friendly and encouraging. Also was covered in sweat at the end of class - great workout and I was proud of what I could do. Highly recommend!
