TONEd DOWN: An Intro to Btone

This was my first class and I'm very glad I attended the intro. Brooke said the difference between this class and the regular is that 1) there is no pause in between exercises to explain the position in the regular class, 2) there is a greater number of exercises/positions in the regular, and 3) more time is spent working each muscle in the regular. Definitely one of my favorite Class Pass classes so far. Brooke is a great instructor.

    TONE

Kristen ran a great class. No Mic which would have helped but she did a good job of demonstrating the exercises and we all stayed with her throughout the workout. This gym is always an AWESOME burn and will chisel your abs!!

    INFERNO HOT PILATES

Lily is incredible! Great energy and very encouraging without being aggressive. Class is hot but not overly warm because they keep the fans on. Come hydrated and ready to sweat! Studio is large with beautiful natural night. The locker room/showers are minimal.

    Rhythm Pilates

Jess was subbing in for Gabi. I've never taken this class before so I don't know what it's normally like, but I loved it! Definitely not traditional pilates, but I had fun (amazingly) while also getting my butt kicked. Jess really has a talent for giving clear instructions and seamlessly moving us from exercise to exercise. Great class/instructor for someone newer to classes or out of shape, but also good for more advanced participants; it is what you make it.

Really good workout. Only complaint is how many credits the class is, otherwise I would take this class multiple times! Amanda is frjendly and hands on, which I appreciated.

    Cardio Crosstrain

Great workout for both cardio and strength training. Can do it at your own pace but Hector still motivates and challenges you to push. Hector walks around making sure people are doing the exercises correctly. Class had people of all ages which was cool.

Endurance Pilates Equipment Reformer Classical Basics

Really fast paced and intense! Note that this class was only 45 minutes, not an hour. Maybe not the best for someone brand new to pilates, but a great workout! Class size is kept small (4 people) because good form is essential. Julie was lovely and welcoming.

    Ballet Pilates

Sooo fun. Kate the instructor has such fun anecdotes. Playlist was alternative 80s but apparently she switches it up every week. This class is not as hard as barre at a barre studio so I'd highly recommend it for w beginner. loved it!!!!

    Postural Therapy

Very different from any other class I've taken (and I've taken many). This is not an exercise class; you won't work up a sweat. It's more like a mix between slow yoga and meditation, with an emphasis on correct alignment/posture. Marie is very sweet and keeps classes small (we had 6 total) so that she can be attentive to everyone. I'm not sure if I'll go back to this particular class because I prefer more high energy workouts, but I'm definitely going to try the studio's other classes!

    Pilates Reformer Tower

The studio is nice and clean, very neat. The equipments are in very good condition. The class was combination of reformer and tower. One half of class (3-4 people) started on reformer and the other half on tower, then switch off half way through the class. So the instructor is basically teaching two classes at once. A lot of times you are on your own to count; but others in the class seemed to be very familiar with the class so it wasn't hard to follow. I thought the pace was great; workout was challenging enough, though you can always make it more challenging. It was full body workout, we did variety of exercises. I would come back for the class
