Good class overall but there was a lot of repetition in the moves, it would be nice to switch it up. The bikes and facilities are wonderful! I’ll go back again.

Coach Thor is a badass and great coach. I got one on one training and you can’t beat this deal. Aside from being an insane pro athlete and lifter, he’s an equally great instructor; coach really thoroughly teaches you technique and corrects your form. Will definitely be back.

    Beginner - Intermediate Class

It was a different experience for me! I’ve never taken jiu jitsu before or any martial arts class before. The space is small but has enough space for floor work. Everyone was kind and welcoming. The instructor was really informative and walked me through everything. Even the partner I ended up working with was teaching me and explaining the floor work and terms. I recommend not having any jewelry on when coming in such as a septum, and any nose or ear piercing jewelry in. I was told because it was a safety hazard for me which makes complete sense but I couldn’t remove my nose piercings there. I ended up having to watch them do some floor work instead of participating because of it. Next time I will come prepared!

Beginners level Introduction of traditional martial art

My sister and I tried the class together and had an amazing time. Both Dennis and Rad were great instructors. As a complete beginner, I appreciated the detailed guidance and demonstrations. I’ve always seen Wing Chun as an elegant yet powerful martial art and this experience deepened my admiration for it. It was fascinating to see the fluidity and force in the movements. If you’re even the least bit curious, go for it. It’s worth the experience!
