Wild high energy class and great teacher! Fun and creative exercises with clear demonstrations. Seems like a tight knit group of participants, intimidating at first, but overall felt welcome! Sheesh… the sweat says it all! Heck of a workout- I’ll be back!

Best boxing class I’ve ever had. Instead of rushing us into a sequence of punches, he explained every move and the logic behind it. I feel much less awkward and really learned something. Will come back!

The class was very fun and upbeat I like that it was a balance between fitness and kickboxing . It was my first time but I just looked around and followed others . The instructor stepped in when needed. I enjoyed the music and countdown for the next workout . The other women were friendly and welcoming. I will definitely book again .

    Beginner - Intermediate Class

It was a different experience for me! I’ve never taken jiu jitsu before or any martial arts class before. The space is small but has enough space for floor work. Everyone was kind and welcoming. The instructor was really informative and walked me through everything. Even the partner I ended up working with was teaching me and explaining the floor work and terms. I recommend not having any jewelry on when coming in such as a septum, and any nose or ear piercing jewelry in. I was told because it was a safety hazard for me which makes complete sense but I couldn’t remove my nose piercings there. I ended up having to watch them do some floor work instead of participating because of it. Next time I will come prepared!
