    Vinyasa 101

Prema’s Vinyasa 101 courses are amazing for new practitioners and anyone who is looking for a reset or fundamentals practice. I loved the range of poses and flows Christina went through and she paid very close attention to all the students in the class for adjustments and advice.

Excellent class! Challenging but doable. Lots of twists and holds but we always balanced things out. Did lots of stuff that I haven’t done often or ever, like reverse table, a short breathing exercise through our noses, and hugging ourselves in multiple poses. Great instructor and the studio is always cute and cozy.

Relax: Yin & Yoga Nidra - In studio

Really soothing and clear instructor. This class made me feel so comforted and it also stimulated greater attention to my body and its tension, asymmetry, and need for care and gentleness. Loved the pace, length, meditation segment, everything!

    Sunday Self-Defense & Fighting

Thank you for the fun class and very valuable skills! The instructors were very welcoming and performed a lot of cool demonstrations. They taught all skill levels simultaneously and I learned a lot as an absolute beginner. We went over basic escape maneuvers, elbows, and kicks after a thorough warm-up, and the focus of the class was to commit some essential moves to muscle memory. My favorite aspect is watching the instructors interact with each other and with the students. They have a lot of passion for their art and it inspires me to consider getting into martial arts as a hobby.

Lokke’s kung fu class is 🤩 fun! My friend and I learned a fancy way to bow as part of the Southern Chinese martial art, hung ga 工字伏虎拳. We also did push hands and crane form. Highly recommend for date night, friends hangout or cultural experience!

Yin + Yang + optional cupping

I love this class. The first half is pretty strength based and the second half is all deep stretching and I leave feeling fantastic. Kaleb also has great energy—he’s very positive and extremely helpful with helping you really recognize poses to your fullest ability. The cupping at the end is a great bonus, too! Awesome way to unwind after a long week.
