see all reviewsReally enjoyed this class. I felt welcomed and encouraged to participate. I think I might have been a little lost if I didn’t have some background with Ashtanga, but the teacher was helpful and did a lot of demonstrations and provided gentle adjustments. I look forward to visiting again!

Don’t always trust what you read on the internet without context, my friends :) Take Leah’s class!

see all reviewsThought class was incredible. Her hands on assist, cues, interaction with students all were great. Only thing that felt off was she spoke during Savasana, part of it was promo for some event which could be done at the end of class but she did a really beautiful dharma that I wish she did beginning or weaved into class. Really great experience though,

see all reviewsOpen Flow with Ying Wang was a great class. Ying does a great job of cueing so that you know how your body should be positioned and aligned to get the benefits of the practice. The class was structured well to allow for differing levels of difficulty. It was pleasantly challenging. I also appreciated that Yang’s choice in musics was in the subtle side. The space in Arise is beautiful. I always feel calm in there. Would love to take this again in the future.

see all reviewsVery unique set up for hot yoga - I enjoyed it! It's not like the typical infrared studio, so the heat hits your body a little differently. It really does feel like you're doing yoga on the beach! 😌 The space is super cute as well, very traditional old school set up where you come in, take your shoes off and go right into the studio to get settled. Love a self check in as well. Ella was lovely and her sequence was so grounding and energizing. Can't wait to come back!

see all reviewsGreat experience! The process was very straightforward, the team was friendly, and my hair felt so soft afterward. One small note: I don’t think the Kerastase Fusio-Dose treatment is as customized when booking through ClassPass - there was less hair analysis / consultation, and more of a pre-selection for ClassPass clients (when you’re directly booking at places - there are usually a bunch of diff options stylists talking through for the concentré and booster). That said, it’s an excellent deal for the price, so it makes a lot of sense and keeps it affordable! And still great! Next time I may book directly for a more tailored experience, but I’d definitely return! 💜
