I have been going to TABATA since January 2024 & Nicole is da best coach for me! I switch it up from 7am to this 6am Monday class - this was my last class here as I’m moving but wondering if i could take Nicole with me! 💗I am indebted to her for my cardio, strength, and weight loss (25!) journey!! Thank you 🙏🏼 Nicole & TABATA.

Had a great time here! Everyone was kind, respectful and welcoming. Instructors gave clear feedback on form and push you to do your best. No pressure or competition. I could tell from the demeanor of regular students in the class that the space has a real warm and friendly vibe. Everyone was having a great time with each other.

Great class! Emily was very helpful and patient in explaining the positions and how to get the most out of them. The class was a good workout but I appreciated how she also incorporated stretching in between.

The class was very fun and upbeat I like that it was a balance between fitness and kickboxing . It was my first time but I just looked around and followed others . The instructor stepped in when needed. I enjoyed the music and countdown for the next workout . The other women were friendly and welcoming. I will definitely book again .

    Beginner - Intermediate Class

It was a different experience for me! I’ve never taken jiu jitsu before or any martial arts class before. The space is small but has enough space for floor work. Everyone was kind and welcoming. The instructor was really informative and walked me through everything. Even the partner I ended up working with was teaching me and explaining the floor work and terms. I recommend not having any jewelry on when coming in such as a septum, and any nose or ear piercing jewelry in. I was told because it was a safety hazard for me which makes complete sense but I couldn’t remove my nose piercings there. I ended up having to watch them do some floor work instead of participating because of it. Next time I will come prepared!

Loved my first class! It was beginner friendly and a fun experience. Got to learn a couple of cool techniques from Linguini, who answered all my questions patiently. Babi was also super helpful and showed me around the place, which was quite well-maintained.
