see all reviewsGreat bikram class! I think some first timers might not quite understand what they are getting themselves into. “Hot yoga” at bode (and usually at other places) means bikram. If you’ve never done bikram before, I would personally recommend someone try a 60 minute class first (instead of say a 75 or 90 minute class). Also, there’s not a ton of instruction at bode. I feel kinda like bode is a good place to practice if you already kinda know what you’re doing.

I kept taking this class because Leah is hands down one of the most detail oriented and fun instructors I've encountered :). She is super technical and will kick your butt, but she's also really fun and a great person!
