    Very clean facility with ample strength training equipment (battle ropes, sled, weights, kettlebells, benches, etc.). I have been coming here to get treadmill access during this hot streak and have been impressed. Note for fellow runners: one working flat Woodway, one curved.

    Love Maria. The class was completely full but I felt safe with all the covid procedures and everyone wearing a mask even when they were at their station. the only downside is that it was hard to hear the instructor sometimes because the audio was muffled but that is expected when there is a mask on.

    The Les Mills bodypump workout is the best! Challenging, effective, customizable, and makes the most out of the hour! The music isn’t too great, but I think it’s specific to Les Mills and the beats are supposed to match the exercises you’re doing.

    Very clean and modern gym. I was pleasantly surprised. Bring your own lock for the lockers. More ballet- inspired than other barre classes. If I go back I'll wear a more supportive sports bra -- unlike regular barre, this one has optional jumping!!

    Marina is a great, encouraging and friendly instructor. Mats are provided but I didn’t see that in the ClassPass details. It was a mix of Barre, Pilates, And yoga I would say. Not your typical Pilates class but very fun and a good low intensity, strength building class.

    The class is always a treat, but there are some great new additions to the playlist. A combination of in person and remote participation is available, which is great. Need to plan some extra time if you need street parking, which can sometimes be a challenge. Recently updated space is much improved.
