    Absolutely loved it! First time taking this class and boy was I humbled. It was a bit of a learning curve because I wasn’t familiar with the names of some of the moves but there’s enough repetition to get it quickly. The class moves fast but super fun and a good challenge. I love Lisa’s energy and her playlist is fire~

    Remix - Dance

    Gabby changed my approach to classic "exercise" — this is my first time with Turn Up Dance Fitness (only ever known kpop choreo or zumba) but it really did become my new highlight of the week. I think the Wednesdays classes are at capacity (and ClassPass settings could be changed to allow for more room there), but that just goes to show how in demand Gabby's classes are. She's fun, free-spirited, and designs a thoughtfully-curated choreo while making everyone feel welcome (and good in their bodies!) So rare these days. Thanks Gabby!

    ZUMBA - Dance

    Chela is awesome! She is such a charismatic Zumba instructor who makes class enjoyable and challenging. I’ve experienced my fair share of good and bad Zumba instructors, and Chela definitely embodies all of the good. Really liked this class. Lots of space and natural light in the fitness room. I’ve done Zumba many times before so it wasn’t too hard to follow along with minimal instructor cues. Zumba is all about moving and having fun so there’s no worry about getting all the moves right. Good music and energy all around.

    Great experience I came in late and had so many thoughts in my head and still was able to breath and relax to the flow of the class, I wish the receptionist would have given me a mat for the class when told her I was heading to the yoga class because it was my first time and I didn’t knew they were in the front desk but still I started the class without it and at some point the instructor noticed and provided the necessary equipment very attentive and gentle there was also a class mate who was very kind and let me know that I could pick the mat at the front desk. Definitely would go back it felt very nice.

    Intro to Pole (Studio C)

    I like that every instructor at Fly Together has a different style with some focusing on music/pole dance and others focusing just on pole. Abby’s style seemed to focus just on pole with minimal music. We spent a lot of time on the pole trying different moves and I appreciated Abby went around the room to help correct people’s form. She was welcoming and very talented. Her class definitely felt like an advanced beginner class.

    OMG WHAT A HIDDEN GEM! I loved the class, the energy, the disco ball, the music, everything! Dawn is amazing, and her energy is contagious! I left the class with such a huge smile in my face, and I had burned more calories than ever without even realizing it because of I had so much fun. If you are thinking if it’s worth it, don’t hesitate and check it out, highly recommend!
