see all reviewsThis space is so pretty! I've been to the Newbury St location which I slightly prefer as they have showers but this location is super convenient for working downtown. This class is more girly hype than you may be used to and I struggle with the choreo a bit but it is a great workout and the instructors are so good. It's low impact and accessible to everyone but you can still get your heart rate up and feel the burn -- definitely get out what you put in. If you're thinking about trying it, just do it and ignore feeling goofy, just put in some effort and have fun.

Unfortunately it was extremely cold to begin with then the instructor turned in the fans (with open windows). The class was very beginner/easy 45 min barre class so not something that anyone would break a sweat doing. A little heat in a 45 min class never hurt anyone anyway. I suggest letting the room warm up (it’s better for a barre workout anyway). I was freezing the entire time.
