The class was completely full but I felt safe with all the covid procedures and everyone wearing a mask even when they were at their station. the only downside is that it was hard to hear the instructor sometimes because the audio was muffled but that is expected when there is a mask on.

I've never done this class and Martina set me up with some very low weights on a barbell - warm up was nothing too much so I tripled my weight when we began. Everything was massive super sets of multiple high rep rounds. Even light weight was humbling. The music was super random but I didn't pay attention much as Martina was the most cheerful and encouraging while showing us all up. She gave corrections if needed and pushed us to fight for more. Honestly amazing class. Also the whole place and everyone there is so nice.

see all reviewsLoved this workout. It was just me on Summer Friday morning. Tracy was great, very friendly and motivating. I'm used to going to advanced, high end studios and this gym did not disappoint. Loved that they used equipment for almost every exercise and there was a solid stretch time before and after the workout. The workout was very challenging but doable and the low impact was also awesome. If you want extra intensity choose the bike instead of the tread. Like others said, the studio is very clean and the equipment is very nice and set up well. I'll be back!
