    Pilates Reformer Fundamentals

    Victoria was great! Gave excellent cues and did some exercises that I haven't seen other instructors do, so that was very refreshing. Also I appreciated that she gave reminders throughout to breathe and engage our core because sometimes I forget to engage when doing arms etc.

    DEDHAM | POP UP REFORMER

    Lovely space and instructor. However, no real hands on corrections as she just sat in front of the room to demonstrate, did not walk around. It seemed like a good class for a beginner to reformer or someone who wants slow stretching, but was not advanced enough for me (or even for the rest of the class it seemed). Would go back to the studio if I knew it would be more a intense exercise.

    Zoe was a great instructor! She helped me understand the machine and demonstrated every move during the workout. She used motivating cues and her tone of voice made it almost relaxing. The studio had troubles with computers/music and Zoe handled it with grace. I will definitely come back!

    TONE Classes/TONE

    The space has lots of natural light. Laura was very welcoming and attentive and offered a challenging workout on the reformer with options for modifications. Music was good, not too loud and in sync with the exercises. I arrived an hour early by mistake but she took me anyway. The others in the class are very nice, too. I would come here again. Plenty of free parking at this time on the street but I think there is a lot in the back too.

    I had taken an intro class before this with Rebecca and she was was so sweet, welcoming and informative. I then took my first class with Johana and she was also very nice and redirected me when I needed to be without feeling out of place. I really enjoyed this Pilates club. It is clean and well kept up.

    Pilates Reformer - Classical 101

    Vivi and this studio are the best in Boston! The studio is very clean and lit well. I know some people like the hardcore classes with strobe lights and loud music, but that is not my thing. Here the music isn't too loud so you can clearly hear the instructor and she doesn't need to wear a headset. Vivi is really nice and gives calm and clear directions so you know exactly what to do (and modify if you want) and she focuses on good technique and breathing so that you actually have good form and get a good workout. There is no shouting and confusion here lol. I've taken a few classes here and each one is different so it never gets boring. They also have beginner classes if you aren't familiar with the reformer system.
