    Remix - Dance

Gabby changed my approach to classic "exercise" — this is my first time with Turn Up Dance Fitness (only ever known kpop choreo or zumba) but it really did become my new highlight of the week. I think the Wednesdays classes are at capacity (and ClassPass settings could be changed to allow for more room there), but that just goes to show how in demand Gabby's classes are. She's fun, free-spirited, and designs a thoughtfully-curated choreo while making everyone feel welcome (and good in their bodies!) So rare these days. Thanks Gabby!

    ZUMBA - Dance

Chela is awesome! She is such a charismatic Zumba instructor who makes class enjoyable and challenging. I’ve experienced my fair share of good and bad Zumba instructors, and Chela definitely embodies all of the good. Really liked this class. Lots of space and natural light in the fitness room. I’ve done Zumba many times before so it wasn’t too hard to follow along with minimal instructor cues. Zumba is all about moving and having fun so there’s no worry about getting all the moves right. Good music and energy all around.

This class was an amazing learning experience! Alyssa made sure to give each of us personalized instructions based on our skill levels, which made the class feel comfortable and welcoming. As the newest member, I never felt intimidated. I really appreciate Alyssa—she made such a great impression from our first meeting, and I’d definitely book this class again! My only suggestion would be to extend it to two hours because I enjoyed it so much!!

    Adult Ballroom (Beg-Waltz) - Quincy

There was really good attention to form and it was actually a workout to the point that you'd found yourself sweating to get to the full extension of the shape. The basic waltz class contained a lot of drills. The space itself is nice within a newer building. I have to go around the corner for parking and with it being in Quincy I wasn't expecting to have to hunt a bit for parking, but there is one in two hour parking nearby. I would go again. The class itself was a lot of fun and the instructor Russell was very welcoming.
