Body and Brain Yoga - All levels
see all reviewsThis is a great place. Very welcoming, kind and caring. the facility is nice, clean, bright, easy parking. The instructor for this class is wonderful. The classes here are different from most places. They focus on chakras and energy, but you can be into that or not and still enjoy and benefit from the classes. There were no normal yoga poses - not a single down dog - but lots of good stretching and movement, flexibility and strength. Coming was a kindness to my body. I recommend it!
