    My class was male dominated but it was a welcoming and cheerful environment. Everyone wanted to improve and go at their own pace with instructors guiding them. For my first class, it was rigorous and it went at the right speed and pace for me. I loved it and would be a regular! Thank you Edwin and Raj!

    This was a great class. Not exactly 'self defense' but awesome format with great instruction. Everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly, and encouraging to the newbies. It's a mixed level class so it can feel a little overwhelming but it's great practice!
