At Peter Welch's Gym you will experience the three Cs: coaching, conditioning and confidence. They pride themselves on being a neighborhood boxing facility that promises firefighters, young professionals, and everyone in-between a knockout workout in a friendly environment.

You can wear optional $10 wraps but must rent $5 gloves or purchase your own. Bring a towel and plenty of water!

Super energetic! The routine constantly/quickly changes throughout so if there is 1 exercise you don’t particularly like there is a different 1 coming soon. Makes it easier to endure the intensity

Excellent workout. Combination of conditioning (jump rope, sprints, lunges) and boxing - both with the bag and with partners. The instructor gives a quick tutorial and then you do that combination.

This class works for all levels and it’s these type of classes that will get you in the best shape of your life. You can modify if needed or really turn it up. Highly recommend! Not a ton of bag work, but just enough imo.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
