    Great class. John was really helpful for any form corrections or pushing your weight/reps. The music was fire, the format was accessible but humbling, and everyone was so nice. Bring water with and a sweat towel - you'll need it. They have showers with everything you need, just bring a bath towel.

    Greg is such a pure and kind soul that makes class fun for everyone but please please no loud sparklers or whatever was set off during the Thurs 5:30 class to celebrate someone. It was SO loud and distracting - my first thought was someone had fallen off their treadmill and the person next to me got so spooked she nearly fell off her treadmill. The “regulars” here could go a long way to being considerate of the rest of the class.

    Harley was awesome. I highly recommend his class - killer arm workouts, good mix of hills and sprints, very easy to follow cues, manageable transitions. He was one of the more beginner-friendly instructors, so if you’re relatively new, his class is an excellent one to start with. I wish he taught more classes at this location.
