    Im a barrys regular and this was extremely challenging class. I was into it but would definitely be too much for someone new or beginner level. One piece of feedback that you can take or leave: playlist was great but wish he chilled on swapping out/changing the songs so often :)

    Total Body (50 mins)

    First class back since Covid, and it was great! Best work out class, great instructor, music. Class was difficult, but not impossible and the great thing is you can modify to your own level. Masks were worn. I’m still not 100% comfortable with sharing machines/weights with covid rates rising, but class itself is amazing. Greg deserves a lot of credit for his playlist and ability to flawlessly teach basically two classes at one time.

    Power Stryde (60 Min)

    Loved Amanda, she was very motivating and easy to understand. I love this gym so much, esp because the instructors are easy to hear unlike all the other guys with muffled audio. plus woodway machines feel awesome to run on and it's always a challenging yet doable workout. I also feel pretty safe with the setup during covid, lots of distance between machines and minimal moving around.

    Alice is amazing. this was my first time with her and she greeted me like we were old friends. I half thought she was mistaking me for someone else, she was that nice. But then she called me by my name in class. She obviously made a point to look at the roster and learn names. I'm genuinely impressed.
