Awesome instruction. Great vibe. Everyone is super nice and welcoming! I’ve tried a few boxing places but this place is the best. Great for body and mind

The employees were incredibly welcoming. The class covered a wide range of martial art forms such as striking, Brazilian juijutsu, and some kick boxing. The instructor was so kind and was able to accommodate students that had experience and students that didn’t in the same class. It was very educational and a great workout. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Paulina was a great instructor! I can’t wait to go back! I had a great time doing Lashay’s even though it was my first time, still loved the challenge‼️

Danny gives multiple combos to practice at once which at times can be challenging to remember all 3 then go practice them accurately. But when I express any confusion, he gladly walks me through it. In my opinion, maybe do 1 combo at a time for a few rounds then transition to combos 2 & 3
